GastosFuneral provides an informational directory of funeral homes across all 50 states and the District of Columbia, tools to contact licensed agents and final expense insurers, and resources related to funeral service planning. The content published is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, insurance, or funeral advice.

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You may use the Site to:

• Request information about funeral homes and coverage options.
• Locate funeral homes and browse directory information.
• Contact licensed agents and insurers.
• Request assistance related to final expenses.

You agree not to do any of the following:

• Use false information or impersonate another person.
• Register a third party's information without express authorization.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt unauthorized access to servers, databases, or APIs.
• Automate queries via bots, scraping, or similar tools.
• Distribute malware, send spam, or interfere with the normal operation of the Site.

All content on the Site (design, logos, databases, directories, images, text, software, and code) is owned by Mario Barrera LLC (DBA GastosFuneral) or its licensors. Reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.

While we strive to keep information up to date, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of published prices, licenses, or service availability. Always verify licenses and details directly with the funeral home and with the funeral regulator of the state where the service is provided.

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE MAKE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES REGARDING AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, CONTINUITY, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mario Barrera LLC (DBA GastosFuneral) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, lost revenue, or lost data arising from use of the Site. Maximum cumulative liability will not exceed USD $100, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

We will not be liable for delays or interruptions caused by power or internet outages, technology vendor failures, natural disasters, or regulatory changes.

If you voluntarily provide your mobile phone number and check the separate box for SMS consent, you authorize Mario Barrera LLC (DBA GastosFuneral) to send messages related solely to the services requested.

• Optional: SMS consent is entirely optional. It is not a condition for receiving information, contacting funeral homes, using the Site, or purchasing any service. It is independent of your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• Message types: Messages may include customer support, updates about your request, verification codes, and other expressly requested communications. We do not send unsolicited SMS messages.
• Frequency and Rates: Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.
• Opt-Out: You may cancel your consent at any time by replying STOP.
• Assistance: You may request help by replying HELP. You may also call (888) 619-4888 or email info@gastosfuneral.com.
• Carrier liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You may revoke your consent to receive SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Once processed, we will stop sending SMS messages except for a single final confirmation message. Cancelling SMS consent does not affect access to the Site or your ability to reach us through other means.

You represent that the information you provide is true, that the phone number belongs to you (or you have legal authorization to use it), and that the email address is valid.

Mario Barrera LLC (DBA GastosFuneral) does not sell, rent, share, or disclose mobile phone numbers or SMS consent records to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may only be shared with technology providers that render services strictly necessary for message delivery or platform operation, in accordance with applicable law and under strict confidentiality obligations.

GastosFuneral operates in accordance with applicable U.S. law and strives to comply with:

• The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).
• CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices.
• Applicable FCC regulations.
• Mobile carrier requirements for A2P messaging and our technology providers' policies.

Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), unless applicable law provides otherwise. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in class actions. Arbitration will take place in the State of Texas and these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, Texas being the domicile of Mario Barrera LLC. This clause sets the forum and governing law of the contract; it does not limit the scope of the directory, which covers all 50 states and the District of Columbia.

If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. We may modify these Terms at any time. The current version will be posted on this page with the updated date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the changes.
