This operation is staffed by some wonderful people. Namon worked with me and my husband regarding my father's cremation. What the customers of a crematorium need is a sympathetic ear, patience, respect and understanding that we are not at our best. Namon had all of those qualities during our interactions with him. And I didn't realize that the crematorium itself was not local, so I was not able to attend the cremation as I had been able to do for my daughter.
