Qué puedes preguntar antes: Pide todo en escritura: qué se hará, cuándo y quién lo hará. Si es cremación, confirma exactamente qué servicios de memoria (huellas, moldes, vidrio) se incluyen y si el crematorio lo hace o la funeraria. No confíes solo en conversaciones verbales.
